If you wish to purchase a website membership by mail or FAX the process is three fold:
- Print and complete the form from this page according to the membership type you wish to purchase. This completed form is to be included with your FAX or mail order.
- Print and complete the off-line form for Mail or Fax orders.
- Include either credit card information, a check in USD funds, or a corporate purchase order and fax or mail to:

After processing you will be entered into the Whitemarsh Client database. Within two business days an e-mail confirmation will be sent back to you. The e-mail will contain your WisWeb password, username and the date of membership expiration.
