Assign Compound Data Elements to Derived Data Elements
A Derived Data Element may contain one or more Compound Data Elements. The process to accomplish this includes:
Start the Data Element Metabase System Module
Select the DBMS
Enter User Name and Password
Select the menu item, Data Elements, then the subordinate menu item Derived Data Elements then the subordinate menu item, Assign Derived Data Elements to Compound Data Elements
Tag the Derived Data Element that is to contain the Compound Data Elements
Tag one or more Compound Data Elements that are to be contained within the Derived Data Element
Press the Build Button
Arrange the correct sequence of the Data Elements within the Derived Data Element via the Up and Down buttons
