This email highlights our June 2011 Newsletter. Please read the complete newsletter for all the details.
We have been hard at work this past Winter and Spring focused mainly on:
●New version of the Free Metabase System ●Documents that describe the Metabase System ●Three New Metabase System Modules ●New Short Papers ●Finalizing ANSI SQL 2012 Standard Whitemarsh is focused on implemented-completely-and-correctly-the-first-time approach to database and business information system development.
Metabase continues to be free. Requests for downloads of the free Single-User and Single-Metabase version can be submitted to Whitemarsh from the website. The link is also on the front page. We have fulfilled requests from all around the world. Please ask for yours today.
You can also, with Clarion as your development (or prototype development) environment, directly import database schemas from the Metabase System and generate first cut, operational business information systems. You can find out about Clarion from SoftVelocity.
A new short paper (SP19), Challenge for Business Information System Success has just been completed and is posted. This new short paper brings together the Knowledge Worker Framework, Chaos business information system success/challenge/failure statistics, and how the projects through the Metabase System can move challenges and failures towards success. This short paper supports our new Data Interoperability Book bundle that sets out the clear path to enterprise data interoperability. This book bundle is offered at a discount exceeding 70% of the combined individual book prices.
We have build and/or updates to a set of documents that describe the Metabase System. The papers are:
Data Interoperability Need and Metabase Solution Matrix
Metabase System functional modules
Whitemarsh Metabase System, Knowledge Worker Framework IT Errors, a Check List, and Return on Investment
Metabase System Overview
Three new/revised modules have been added to the Metabase System. These are Documents & Forms, Requirements Management, and Use Cases.
Please visit the Whitemarsh website, read-awhile, and download materials. If you would like a demonstration of the Metabase System we can set up a GoToMeeting session with you.
Finally if you have any questions, email me directly at mmgorman@wiscorp.com.
