Review of preceding workshop's "Homework" of Project staff that is a prerequisite to this workshop.
Revise Project Staff Inventory as appropriate.
Identify the persons who are currently assigned or likely to be assigned to enterprise architecture projects.
Identify the projects associated with the enterprise architecture
For each project, identify the various project deliverables, and assign for each project deliverable one or more persons with their associated skill levels.
Develop and deliver presentation of accomplished work products
